We provide legal services for business entities in all principal areas of law. In addition to our key specializations, listed on the right side of ths page, we are fimiliar with problems related to Tax Law. We also have experience in inheritance and divorce matters.

We are specialized in servicing shipping, logistic and transport companies, as well as entities operating in construction sector. We've been providing services on the regular basis for the production and distribution companies and construction developers.

We draft and negotiate complex agreements in many areas, including lease agreements, logistic agreements, general contracting and construction agreements, all commercial agreements, etc.

Over past years we also provided legal services for associations, foundations and universities.
